"Low Battery" profile always observed, even when battery is full.

Asked by Ian Turner

I'm observing that the "On Battery" profile is always ignored; when on battery, even at 90% charge, the "Low Battery" profile is used.

I'm not sure what happened here, but setting the low battery threshold above my current battery level, and then back down to below, seems to have resolved this issue.
