How to configure PostgreSQL

I install Django yesterday, but stuck up with configuring PostgreSQL.. Can anyone who know how to setup PostgreSQL, I mean I installed pgAdmin III through Software centre and I couldn't get that is the DB which support PostgreSQL and for Django, If yes, who to configure that. OH thats great Paul, I think it reported as mentioned in the end.. I already installed Django, but was fiddling with Postgresql. Anyway, thanks a lot for the link. I may disturb you if I get stuck in future Paul :)). Not often. But at present this resolved my present issue..hehee
