Request for update of Portaudio to v19.7.0

Hi,

i'd like to request an update of the libportaudio2 package to version 19.7.0, which was released in April 2021, see:

https://github.com/PortAudio/portaudio/releases/tag/v19.7.0

Release notes list various fixes for ALSA and Jack support, also in relation to make it usable with Pipewire.

It would be great if we could have this for the Ubuntu 22.04-LTS release.

Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work), and as far as I can see from https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/portaudio19 also Debian has only versions up to 19.6.0.
First step for bringing 19.7.0 into Ubuntu 22.04 is creating a bug report in Debian that they upgrade their version.
