Where did the cl_khr_spir extension go from libpocl2?

In Ubuntu 18.04 the build of libpocl2 had cl_khr_spir among the supported extensions. Where did this go in 19.04?

The question still remains. Will there be cl_khr_spir enabled builds in the Canonical repo? It is mighty important to test SYCL applications on the CPU.
