Will pm-utils be default in hardy?

Hi,

will the switch to pm-utils happen in hardy? Since Gutsy, I can't hibernate/suspend my notebook computer any more (DELL Latitude D620 with NVidia graphics card). I've just tried pm-utils and it works without any problems, so it would be great to have it integrated.

Or is there an easy way to make it default myself?

Yes, that is the plan. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PMUtilsSpec

You would need to modify the acpi scripts found in /etc/acpi to use pm-utils.
