pm-utils package

with post 1.3.0.1 version of pm_utils laptop Dell Inspiron & Vostro freezes while on batteries

Since Lucid witch has PM-UTIILS 1.3.0.1 version, both my Dell Computer freezes while i unplug the power cord. The work around is to install Lucid in the depot and force the its PM-Utils version using Synaptic. This is a problem everytime I upgrade to new Ubuntu version. Can the problem be fixed or I will have to use the work around forever?

I suggest you report a bug, you can use apt-pinning to stop apps being updated if you want, too.
