My inspiron 5150 turns on & then off but the led lights flash crazy could someone please help ?

When I try to turn the laptop on it turns on then it turns straight off but the green led light just keep on flashing crazy could somone please help me thank you ?

The three green led's at the front of the laptop when u open it the ones that flash for the power on.
