how do i make the file size smaller

Asked by Mai Aydinan

I'm new to Ubuntu and to Linux in general, and I'm having trouble burning a movie dvd. I used to edit movies in Moviemaker, where you can change the output size of the movie just before you create the actual movie file.

In the advanced settings in the rendering dialog, you can change the settings of the Video codec, and thus change the quantitizer/quality, which will affect file size.

Can you help with this problem?
