You have to raise a bug report asking for a merge from Debian. We are past the UVF (Universe Version Freeze) so this bug reports then needs to be submitted to motu-uvf to require an UVFe.
If you submit a bug report, please link the bug number here (from the menu to the left).

I'm not really sure I did all that you told me. I submitted a bug report under "pingus in ubuntu" but i did not found how to report to "motu-uvf" to ask for an UVFe.

P.S.: I'm sorry, I'm newbie! :)

You should follow the instructions of this link to ask for an UVFe:

Don't be scared about that page, I can provide all the technical information, but you have to provide what is requested under General Instructions, in particular:

A description of the proposed changes, with sufficient detail to estimate their potential impact on the distribution
A rationale for the exception, explaining the benefit of the change
Any additional information which would be helpful in considering the decision
