Unable to send message: The message is too large.
I am using pidgin as a messanger for yahoo. When I am typing a message that is about 60 characters, this is the message that I get returned with: Unable to send message: The message is too large. I have used pidgin in Ubuntu 9.04 before and had no problems. When I upgraded to 9.10 this is when I started having problems. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this???

I don't think that the new version of Ubuntu (9.10) has any thing to
do with your problem, rather an update in your messenger caused that
problem. A lot of times messengers do that because of spamming issues
and other problems, and I don't think that problem can be solved so I
think that you might have to switch to another messenger.
