Pidgin does not connect to msn in Ubuntu

I have been using Ubuntu for the last couple of months. I was using Pidgin to connect to both my msn and yahoo accounts and they all worked fine till now. Yahoo still works, but I can't connect to my msn account. I didn't make any changes from the last time I was successful at connecting to msn and yahoo. But now I get the message - "Our protocol is not supported by the server" for my msn account only, yahoo works fine. Please let me know why this problem all of a sudden.

I had the same problem yesterday. The msn have a new protocoll. Download the new version of Pidgin from the official website, and it will work. I did it an hour ago and it work.
