Pidgin stores the logs in the ~/.purple/logs (/home/yourusername/.purple/logs) directory. Simple delete the ones you want to or delete them all.

how do i mass delete them though?

You could do the following:

1) Open a terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal)
2) rm -r ~/.purple/logs/*

Also, you can turn off future logging by opening pidgin and going to Tools->Preferences->Logging and turning off logging.
