can you do video chating on Pidgin internet messenger

i have a hp touch smart PC with a built in camera that doesn't work on pidgin internet messenger.my PC also has a built in microphone that i cant get it to work on my pidgin messenger.i was wondering if pidgin messenger has video and voice chatting plugins/accessory.if it doesn't then i think it should have it because i think video and voice chatting are the two biggest influences of IM.so please consider my question and my consideration.

yes you can to do them, but you first have to update the conrolators.

if you have a web cam you can conect it in a usb port
