how to add new themes to theme list

when you install and add new themes you are told to drag and drop onto the theme list but where do i find this as i cant seem to do it and if i want to change or add extra styles of fonts how do i do this

Hi
Do you mean. theme's to change the way the tool bars look like (ie colour?) etc
if so Right click on the desktop and click on "change desktop back ground."
then on the the "Theme" tab
then just drag the package on the the "window" and drop it in.
I hope this helps you can mack some great changes in there.
