I have noticed what appears to be a glitch. When I try to close a program (e.g. Pidgin for example), Ubuntu decides that 'quit' actually means 'leave open'. Maybe this problem can be worked out for version 13.04?

There is a setting for that in Pidgin, it's not a glitch
Can you help with this problem?
