how to find a buddies deleted address on machine

inadvertantly deleted a friend fro my list. now can't get back to him. where are the stored on machine?

I deleted a friends username from my list. I can not recall the entire name so can not find it. I haven't herd from them in a whileso need to contact. Where is it stored on my machine .

Could restore settings frm your backups....otherwise it's gone
