Update pidgin-otr to 3.1.0

Hello!

I was wondering if it isn't possible for someone to update the excisting pidgin-otr from 3.0.0 to 3.1.0, it would be wonderful 'cause 3.1.0 has some new features that improve the encryption and security of chatting via pidgin :)

That version is available for hardy. Get it from here :

http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/net/pidgin-otr

I doubt it will be added to gutsy. only security and stability patches are added. But you can install it manually
