How can I write the sentence in my status bar like in Messenger?

I can't see my friends sentences like i did in Messenger

Can't also write sentences in my profile

Hi,

Unfortunately this feature does not seem to be supported in the current version of Pidgin IM. It may be supported in future versions but this is outside the control of the Ubuntu project.
