Is Picard 0.13 for Karmic available?

I see that Picard 0.13 is available for Ubuntu Lucid and Maverick, but not for Karmic.

Is it possible that 0.13 will be released for Karmic, or is that too behind the curve?

I can't find a PPA personally, I suggest you upgrade to Lucid as Karmic support dies next month
