Why latest PhpMyAdmin has not made it to official bionic repo when PHP had already been updated stable 7.2

Asked by Mike DaVinci

Why latest PhpMyAdmin has not made it to official bionic repo when PHP had already been updated stable 7.2
This cause a lot of warnings as PhpMyAdmin (i.e 4.6.6) present in offical repo is not fully compatible with PHP version in offical repo (i.e 7.2).

https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/phpmyadmin
PS. I know other ways to download and update PhpMyAdmin manually to latest version.

Well, Thanks. This seems to answer my question as 'WHY'. So for the time being lets wait for this to be fixed. Keeping my finger crossed.
Until then so its the manual update after installation.
Thanks again.
