Henlo frens.

Can you advise whether PHP is going to be upgraded to v8.0 in the 20.04 LTS release?
My expectation is that it'll stay at 7.4, but I'd love a confirmation if possible.

My query was not a 'how', more so an "if".
I was reasonably confident version wouldn't change but couldn't find a definitive answer.
When planning for longer term production systems, I prefer to stay with the default sources and steer clear of PPAs
