When can we expect 7.4.4?

PHP 7.4.3 has an issue with cURL that is causing us a lot of grief when trying to POST files to a 3rd party API. (https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=79013). When might we expect an update to PHP 7.4.4? If it won't happen, can I request a backport of the patch for this?
