Do you look for an update of php8.1-imagick or for an update of imagemagick?

Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

update of imagemagick

for example the currently compiled version used is 6.9 instead of 7.1 for the php imagick

In which directories did you install ImagMagick 7.1?
Did you use different ones than the Ubuntu standard?

What is the current status of your php installation, what happens if you try using image features?
How do you know that the 7.1 version is not used, but only the 6.9 version from Ubuntu?

If you already have compiled a new version of ImageMagick, why don't you try the same with php-imagick?
