Will Perl 5.10 be updated in jaunty?

Asked by dave_doyle

Perl 5.10.1 came out the other week and the part of it that I really want is that it fixes a performance regression. Since this is a minor version update, will this be upgraded in jaunty? Will it be incorporated in time for karmic?

Will help you install it.

Submit perl 5.10 as a requested feature and hopefully it will be incorporated into the next updates.

Sorry. I'm a bit new at this. I've got 5.10.0 installed just fine, it's the update to 5.10.1 I'm hoping will get incorporated. Where do I go to request this change?
