Can I via Ubuntu convert pdf to html?

Can I via Ubuntu convert pdf to html? How to do it?
If not possible, how to change pdf to jpg?
I cannot find any apps to do it.

You should have pdftohtml installed by default. Try

man pdftohtml in a terminal

Also, Pdf can be converted to jpg(one jpg/page) using GIMP.
