* Merge for g++-5 transition with Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/{rules,*.symbols.in}: Add symbols files for libpcre{,16,32}.
- debian/rules: Enable parallel builds via DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
* debian/libpcre{16,32}-3.symbols: Apply same JIT hack as for libpcre3.
pcre3 (2:8.35-7.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Rename libpcrecpp0 to libpcrecpp0v5. Addresses: #791236.
* Add Conflict/Replaces to the old library.
* Add libpcrecpp0v5 symbols file for GCC 5.
