pciutils for Ubuntu Xenial update today but changelogs update is 2016

Hi, my Ubuntu Xenial LTS got updated today on 4/7/2018 through sudo apt-get dist-upgrade but http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/p/pciutils/pciutils_3.3.1-1.1ubuntu1/changelog record as of 4/7/2018 tells me that the last update was back in 2016. I don't know if I am understanding this right but I am afraid that my Ubuntu is not safe to use anymore. Please advise. Thanks,
