Outdated libapache2-mod-passenger

Hi

The copy of libapache2-mod-passenger shipped with Oneiric is still same one as shipped with Lucid (2.2). Since that version was released Passenger has had a significant rewrite (3.0.11) with much improved stability, it would be good to get an updated version of this included for Precise since this will become the default server platform for lots of hosting providers.

Alternative updated libapache2-mod-passenger packages are provided by Brightbox - they have packages up to Oneiric and I was able to rebuild the oneric package and install it on a 12.04 virtual machine. Could these be used as a starting point/included as is?
