Device File:/dev/sda1

I'm new on Ubuntu, so what's the partition number: 5 about. I didn't know about that partition. Easy fix? What's the deal with my partitions? Thanks in advance.

The swap partition is used for virtual memory, and can't be mounted as a file system.
Don't worry about this. It's managed only by Linux kernel.
