paman needs to be supported as that seems to be only way to correctly configure output port in pulseaudio

Looks like everything has removed output port selection in pulseaudio.

This is a problem since without selecting output port you have no audio at all: pulseaudio does not know how to select correct output when there are more than one output in the card/device.

There are multiple bugs regarding optical output not having any audio.
