libpam-modules 1.3.1 release

Hello,

By enabling "pam_tty_audit" on services like ssh and console we've been hit by a PAM bug (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=778664) that has been solved on PAM 1.3.1.

As of today, version 1.1.8 is available in Ubuntu Bionic repositories.

When PAM 1.3.1 will be available in Ubuntu Bionic repositories?
