Padre installation auf Ubuntu 16.04

Unabhängig von deinem Download: Hast du es bereits mit dem Terminalbefehl sudo apt install padre probiert?

Wahrscheinlich muss ich doch alle packages von "ack" bis "libde" noch installieren...

Im Anschluss sudo apt-get -f install

Probiere gerade zuerst die ausführen:

Es scheint zu funktionieren....

Grundsätzlich:

padre ist für Ubuntu 16.04 und später nicht mehr in den Repositories vorhanden, "RC buggy and dead upstream", siehe auch http://bugs.debian.org/814005

Die version für vivid is allem Anschein nach aber installierbar.

Ähnlich for libdebug-client-perl:
http://bugs.debian.org/814006

Über https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libdebug-client-perl findet man die alten Versionen, und möglicherweise klappt auch hier eine manuelle Installation der Version für vivid.
