add PeaZip to Universe repository

Dear All
I use p7zip for compression and encryption. May I suggest to add PeaZip to the application Universe?
A search in Synaptic didn't show this application.

Due to 7z format, the strong encryption and it's cross-platform portability this tool is really very handy.
