Scroll bar doesn't work when browsing startup apps

When I browse for an application in Startup Applications the new scroll bar handle doesn't work. It's impossible to click it. It shows when I hold the mouse to the left of the scroll bar, but when i move the mouse to the right (where the handle is) it disappears. I use ubuntu 11.04 64-bit

You could either report a bug
