Installation of OTRS 3.0 Helpdesk System in Ubuntu

I Just switch my server to Ubuntu from centos to try it out. I have one but problem? I'm trying to install a desktop program called OTRS helpdesk. I want to install the newer version otrs-3.0. Any help will be great. THX.
