OpenTTD 1.3.0 Stable Out

I know Raring is pretty much gearing to head out the door. I was curious if OpenTTD 1.3.0 could make it into the repo considering it's been in testing for months, and fixed ALOT of bugs along the way.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then it will be updated. Been watching Nixie videos ;-)
