TLS Ciphers and OpenSSL 1.0.2g

Asked by Nate Dilgard

We got an alert from our SIEM that our server running Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS Xenial running OpenSSL 1.0.2g supports the weak cipher: TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA. However, when I list which ciphers being used with the command openssl ciphers -v 'TLS' I get the error Error in cipher list 139791178921624:error:1410D0B9:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_set_cipher_list:no cipher match:ssl_lib.c:1380:

If I list all ciphers there are no TLS ciphers to be seen. is this a known issue?
