not able to install the updates of the operating system ubuntu 16.04 LTS

The updates for the operating systems stops in the middle and closes the installation process.

after writing in the terminal: dpkg -l | awk '/^iH/ { print $2 }'
the result is: libssl-doc

I tried to clean up and reinstall, the problem is still there. Has anybody an idea how I could resolve it?
