I can't login and access my Ubuntu One

Asked by Winjeel

This computer was previously connected to my Ubuntu One account. I changed the password on my other computer, but now this one can't access nor be synnchronised. It also doesn't offer a way to log in. So how can I reconnect my UO on this computer?

Hi ,

try to go to this page https://one.ubuntu.com/ (via a browser) , login to your account and then from "MyAccount" see if your device is linked (connected) . If its not , then you must add the device from UbuntuOne application (that stored in your PC).

Thanks

There is no 'add' or 'add device' button that I can find.

Oh yes ! You have right !! Sorry about this. I remembered wrong.

Try to reinstall Ubuntu One in the machine that has the problem .

sudo apt-get install ubuntuone-*

sudo apt-get install ubuntuone-installer

Open it again and see if you can synchronize.

Thanks

Thanks. I'm really busy this weekend, and so I'll get to it ASAP and let you know how it went.

Can you help with this problem?
