F1 on open shot returns the following message: The URI ‘ghelp:openshot’ does not point to a valid page.

Attempted to use the help file for OpenShot. Both when clicking on content and using F1, I get the following message:
The URI ‘ghelp:openshot’ does not point to a valid page.
It looks like a good program but needs some instructions on operation.

I suggest you report a bug. There are guidelines online but the F1 help should load the help file as expected
