Openshot 1.1.2 don't open

Asked by itnas19

I've been using Openshot from the version 0.9_, and I haven't had this problem until the version 1.1.2.
I was using it with a project, I haven't had any problem, but when today I wanted to open it, I couldn't.
When I try to open, in my Ubuntu-Linux 9.10 the Openshot, by terminal and I've got this message that I don't know how to use:

--------------------------------
   OpenShot (version 1.1.2)

    self.form.timelinewindowRight.window.set_cursor(gtk.gdk.Cursor(150))

I have uninstalled completely, and reinstalled several times, without success.
Could you help me, please?

Can you reproduce this error by creating a new .OSP project file, and then trying to open it? Or does it only break with project files created on older versions? Thanks!

I use to open the application going to the Openshot itself. Now, I tried to
open it with some projects, and happen the same, it didn't work.
It is very rare. I have been using the program a lot of times, and though
I've had some crashes, I could continue working.
I thought the problem might be due to an incompatibility with another
application that I used after using the last time correctly OpenShot,
"Spotmotion". But I've uninstalled it and the problem persists.

Congratulations on your excellent project, which I enjoy so much, and I'm
spreading between my high school students and among my friends.

If you launch OpenShot using the following command, does it work?
$ openshot

Does OpenShot launch? If so, use File>Open Project, and see if you can open
up an existing project file.

Thanks!

If I tried to open from the terminal ($ openshot) the message that appears
