Mail Merge Problem thorough Email

Mail Merge Problem

I can't seem to make the mail merge feature of open office 2.0 to work through email. All settings pertaining to accounts, smtp and ports are all well defined.

Have anyone encountered the same issues before?

What happens? What goes wrong? Do you get any error messages?

Thanks to the new version of Ubuntu. I just recently upgraded my Breezy to Dapper and my problem previously encountered above were resolved automatically.

However, I have a new problem though.

Whenever I insert a picture in my document to be used in the mail merge, the picture doesn't doesn't appear to the recipeint.

The mail was already sent in HTML format. The same is done on the document file, where its default format is HTML.

I have noticed that, the recipient actually receive them but the picture appears as a frame only without pictures.

Current settings of Evolution and Outlook recepients already allows the downloading of HTML pictures.

Please help.
