Mail Merge w/ Inserted Picture Problem

Mail Merge with Inserted Picture Problem

Whenever I insert a picture in my document to be used in the mail merge, the picture doesn't appear to the recipeint.

The mail was already sent in HTML format. The same is done on the document file, where its default format is HTML.

I have noticed that, the recipient actually receive them but the picture appears as a frame only without pictures.

Current settings of Evolution and Outlook recepients already allows the downloading of HTML pictures.

Please help

Hello,

If you recipient did not configure his or her mail client program in the way to accept pictures from the net then he or she will not see any pictures. In the case of Evolution you can configure in Preferences menu tab.
This is one of the problems for sure.

Another is that if your recipient uses a special security feature, programm, or tool like spam killers, mail blockers or something like that than this can be also a problem.

Try to send your emails in non HTML, because a lot of companies does not support HTML messages. I had problems too with HTML messages.

Try to use plain text.

Hi, Thanks for replying.

The evolution and the reciepient email program (outlook and evolution) was already configured to receive HTML emails.

Likewise, this problem never came out before. Only after i upgraded my breezy to dapper that this issue appears.

I have already tried sending it via plain text. When sent in this format, no pictures at all. When sent in HTML format, only picture frame is what they receive.
