Inserting a web page/browser into an Impress presentation.

Asked by UKThom

I am trying to put together a presentation for my students, and will be using an interactive white board. I would like to embed a browser window into my presentation, and didn't know if that was possible. I'm trying to use Google Maps in my presentation...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do you want to:

* put a picture of what they will see in a browser
or
* put a fully functional browser

...into the presentation

The first is easy, use print screen, on your keyboard it's probably Function + Home or whatever has 'prt sc' or similar on it.

I don't see how the other option could be possible, you can easily link to the relevant webpage, which will then be opened in a broser.

I was hoping for the browser-window-in-presentation, but I've managed a work around that is nearly seamless. Thanks for the response though! I will probably use the first option in the future.

Cheers!
