openoffice makes shades on the letters using HP Deskjet d2600 printer

Hi, I am beginner a Ubuntu user,
and I use HP Deskjet d2600 printer.

The printer does fine job with oneline printings, and pdf files
but when I print documents in open office, it wouldn't align.
It makes shades on the letters.
I have reinstalled the program, but it didn't work.

What should I do?

have you reinstalled the driver d2600 printer or just the open Office?
