how to insert a heading into the endnotes, e.g. "References"

Hi,
I'd like to insert a heading into the endnotes section designating this as the bibliography.
Can't figure out how to do this..does anyone have a clue?

Hi Flo

When you are in the endnote, right click and select Page... You should get a dialog for Page Style : Endnote. Select the Page tab and check Header On. You should then get a header for your endnote page that you can use to put your heading in.
