how to re-dock slide pane in Openoffice presentation?

Once undocked, I can't re-dock the slide pane as I can with the task pane through the "view" tab. I've tried trawling through the view menu and clicking and dragging amongst other things. Nothing seems to work.

You don't mention what OpenOffice version you use, but I'm able to undock and redock with 3.0.1.

To undock:

Click and drag from the title "Slides" and move the slides pane about.

To redock:

Click and drag from the title of the free-form Slides window, and position the title bar right in the spot from which you undocked it previously. You may have to move the title bar just a little higher than you might expect, but soon OOo should inform you with a larger gray box outline that it understands that you want to dock it again.
