Cannot print #10 Envelope

 I am unable to print a #10 envelope with this software on my printer.

You don't say what your problem is, exactly. You might have to give us some more information. But here is an answer for a start.

For some reason, there has always been problems with #10 envelopes, my advice is to select A4. This is a similar size and the address position for A4 is print OK on #10 envelopes, but do a test print on plain paper first.

Being a 'European', I do not have any #10 size envelope to try.

I get the sender and the addressee still not in the proper position on the envelope.
