Bullet list sliding one point at a time in Impress?

Asked by dierre

In OpenOffice Impress I have a slide made of a bullet list.
How do I make the bullet points enter "sliding" from the side, one point at a time?
So far I've only been able to have the list slide in all at once by using the animation controls on the right.
Thanks for help!

I think you can do that only by using a different text frame for each bullet. At least, thats the way I used to do it.

Ouch, that would be really awful... I really hope there is a way to do it otherwise.

I haven't tried but according to this it should indeed be possible:

You may have found an answer to this already, but if not -

http://www.xaprb.com/blog/2007/08/06/how-to-create-stepping-slides-in-openofficeorg-impress/

seems to explain how to do what you want. Basically, you select all of the bulleted text and then apply a custom animation to it. It would be nice if there were a "one-click" way to do this, but I haven't found one yet.

Can you help with this problem?
