Can't tell what color I've used

Asked by Jeff Felberbaum

I don't identify certain colors very well, and I unfortunately
have made certain blocks of text a color that I now can't seem to replicate
by locating it on the pull down menu. I could just go ahead and change the
color I am using throughout the document, but that seems cumbersome, and
I would think there would be some reference mark that appears to be checked
off on the very same pull down when my cursor is located in the midst of the
text in question. However, that does not seem tot be the case.

Am I missing something, or does OO not have this capability?

Running OO 2.0.4 in Edgy.

Thanks!

I guess you are talking about Write?
In 2.2 you can right click on a portion of text, select Character and this will tell you the font colour in the Font Effects tab.
I guess it should be the same in 2.0.4

Hope it helps.
